What's the largest event you've handled?+

We routinely run 500–800 pax events. For larger work we scale up our coach count and bring in a second coordinator.

Do you provide branded shuttles?+

Yes — magnetic side panels, headrest covers, signage and shuttle stop branding can all be quoted as part of the package.

Can you do a multi-day festival?+

Yes — we've run multi-day festival shuttles with overnight driver rotation and on-site site-coordinator coverage.

Do you handle artist / VIP transport at events?+

Yes — our V-Class executive vehicles and 19-seat minibuses are typically allocated to talent and VIP transport in parallel with the public shuttle fleet.

How early should I book a major event shuttle?+

Ideally 8–12 weeks for events over 300 pax. For smaller events 3–4 weeks is usually fine.
